Purpose

To create a faster feedback loop with external contributors and create a friendly and professional to encourage more efficient contribution in the future. Also get things reviewed and 🚢!

What will we do?

• use GH round-robin algorithm Al
  • The round robin algorithm chooses reviewers based on who's received the least recent review request, focusing on alternating between all members of the team regardless of the number of outstanding reviews they currently have.
  • This can encourage domain expertise and knowledge base sharing.
• Each team member should review at least one PR that is not coming from the team member.
• make sure pr follows the pr templates and have all the information
• covert to draft if more info need → bot close when stale
