demo presentations members want to do

Tiros integration for helia retreival monitoring
- we should do helia.io to host SW and request content from helia.io directly that would utilize this SW. some of this documented at https://github.com/ipfs/helia/issues/275#issuecomment-1747965736
- nodejs stuff for probelab is mostly done, tiros stuff can be done via helia.io SW method or other
  - helia.io SW method should be investigated, POC
webrtc
- got agreement on webrtc FIN, FIN-ACK stuff, been merged, PR has been updated.. tracking down race conditions in closing of streams.
  - if both streams try to close, there is a race condition, the order of the flags sent is a bit wonky, final work needed here.
  - talked to Max earlier.. the rust webrtc and go webrtc implementations are slightly buggy.
    - not really any control/action items from our side on this. no indication on what is buggy.. chrome is slightly buggy too.. we’re working around them as we see them
  - webtransport is good on paper, bad in practice due to chromium limits.. webrtc might save us.. max is not completely convinced.
